About Ultimate EAP
Recognising the difficult and demanding work that community workers do we created a boutique specialist Employee Wellbeing service specifically to deal with the issues present in the community sector. Our team are all veterans of the sector who have become highly qualified and experienced social workers.
Our team have worked in areas including: Family Violence, out of home care, mental health, residential services and AOD services to name a few. We know the struggles that come with working in the tertiary end of the community sector.
Our Difference
Unlike other EAP Services, UltimateEAP only works with Social, Youth and Community sector organisations. We are highly skilled, qualified and experienced Social Workers who have all worked in the community services sector for a minimum of a decade.
We are all employees of UltimateEAP too, not contractors, so we actually believe in what we do.
